Cyl8 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Casino & Sports Betting Platform Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the cyl8 online entertainment platform, accessible at cyl8.xyz and all subdomains, mobile applications, and related services operated under the cyl8 brand. These Terms take effect from the date you first register or access the platform, whichever comes earlier.

By using the cyl8 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully, fully understand their contents, and agree to comply with all provisions contained herein. Your acceptance also extends to Privacy Policy cyl8 and policies Responsible Gambling which forms part of these Terms in their entirety.

Cyl8 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. However, we endeavour to notify members of significant changes via registered email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use cyl8's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. cyl8 strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from participating in any form of betting or casino gaming on our platform.
• You must be a a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident who are currently located in Malaysia at the time of accessing the platform.
• You must not currently be placed under self-exclusion programme that is active, whether through cyl8 or any recognised gambling exclusion programme.
• You may not register as a representative, agent, or proxy on behalf of another individual who does not meet these eligibility requirements.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement as set out in these Terms.

Cyl8 reserves the right to request document verification at any time to confirm a member's eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure, and any balance whose origin cannot be verified may be withheld in accordance with the relevant policy.

Each cyl8 member is permitted to hold only one (1) account. Registering multiple accounts – whether using the same or different personal information, different IP addresses, or any other method of circumvention – is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances and pending winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as per your Malaysian identity card (MyKad)
• An active Malaysian phone number registered in your name
• A valid and accessible email address
• Actual date of birth

You are solely responsible for keeping your cyl8 account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. cyl8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact cyl8 support at support@cyl8.xyz immediately.

All financial transactions on the cyl8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. The deposit and withdrawal methods accepted by cyl8 are as follows:

Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your cyl8 account automatically within seconds of payment confirmation by the payment service provider. cyl8 does not charge any deposit processing fees; however, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges in accordance with their terms of service.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request. Withdrawals are processed in under 5 minutes for fully verified accounts. For security and anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. cyl8 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds.

Cyl8 reserves the right to withhold or suspend any withdrawal that raises suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of platform terms while an investigation is carried out. Should the investigation confirm fraud, the balance in the account concerned will be fully forfeited.

Cyl8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to registered members from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to their own specific terms as stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general terms apply to all cyl8 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonuses received must be wagered at the specified multiplier (typically between 5x and 20x depending on the bonus type) before any withdrawal is permitted from the bonus balance or winnings derived from the use of that bonus.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a set validity period. Any unused bonus or unfulfilled wagering requirement within that period will expire automatically.
• Betting Limits While a Bonus Is Active: While a bonus wagering requirement remains unfulfilled, the maximum stake per single bet is RM50 or 10% of the bonus value, whichever is lower, unless otherwise stated in the bonus terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Football and Sports Betting typically contribute 100%, while Baccarat and certain table games may only contribute 10%–20%. Please check the promotions page for full details.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion may only be claimed once per account, per household, per IP address, and per device unless otherwise stated.

Cyl8 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if any attempt to abuse the promotions system is detected, including the systematic use of hedge betting to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, registering multiple accounts, or any strategy deemed contrary to the spirit of the promotional offer.

Sports and esports betting on cyl8 is conducted in accordance with international industry-standard rules. The following are the key rules every member should know when betting in cyl8's Sports Betting, Live Match, and E-Sports sections:

• A bet is considered binding once confirmed by the cyl8 system and a confirmation prompt appears on your screen. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in the event of a technical error that caused the bet to be recorded incorrectly, which will be resolved at cyl8's discretion.
• Pre-match odds is based on the conditions at the time the bet is placed. Any odds change after a bet is confirmed does not affect the recorded value of that bet.
• In-play betting accepted subject to availability and the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Any data transmission delays during in-play betting are the responsibility of the member's internet connection.
• Postponed or cancelled matches: If a match does not conclude within 24 hours of its scheduled start time, all bets placed on that match will be fully refunded to members' accounts as credits, unless an outcome had been clearly determined prior to the suspension.
• Parlay/accumulator betting: If any leg of a parlay bet is cancelled or voided, the remaining legs will continue to be settled based on the recorded odds, and the cancelled leg will be treated as void at odds of 1.00.
• Betting limits: cyl8 sets minimum and maximum betting limits for each market. These limits are subject to change without prior notice based on risk assessment and prevailing market conditions.

Cyl8 closely monitors all betting activity. Any indication of match-fixing, use of insider information, or abnormal betting patterns will be investigated, and the bets in question may be voided while the associated account is suspended pending the outcome of the investigation.

All Live Casino games, table games, and slots available on the cyl8 platform are operated in accordance with their respective standard game rules and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been certified and verified by internationally accredited independent testing bodies.

Key considerations for casino gaming at cyl8:

• A poor internet connection during a Live Casino session does not entitle a member to request cancellation of a round in progress. Please ensure your internet connection is stable before starting any high-value gaming session.
• In the event of a technical disruption that disconnects you during an active Live Casino game round, the outcome will be recorded based on the result of that round regardless of your disconnection. Any winnings or losses resulting from that outcome are valid.

• Not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technology to automate actions within games or the betting process.
• Not exploit any technical vulnerabilities or bugs within the cyl8 system. Any bugs discovered must be reported to our support team and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Do not engage in any form of fraud, including using credit card or bank account details that do not belong to you to make deposits.
• Do not attempt to prevent or manipulate any identity verification process conducted by cyl8.
• Do not use offensive language, make threats, or harass other players or cyl8 support staff.
• Do not share your account login credentials with any other party or allow others to use your account.

Any breach of the above rules entitles cyl8 to take appropriate action, including formal warnings, temporary account suspension, permanent account closure, and/or forfeiture of balances and pending winnings.

Closure by Member: You may close your cyl8 account at any time by contacting customer support at support@cyl8.xyz. All eligible balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe once all pending wagers have been settled and any bonus requirements have been met or forfeited.

Closure or Suspension by cyl8: cyl8 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time without prior notice for reasons including but not limited to:

• Confirmation that the member does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2
• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Indicators of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no login activity or transactions
• Requests from relevant regulatory authorities

In cases of closure due to fraud or a breach of terms, cyl8 reserves the right to forfeit all balances and winnings in the relevant account with no refund to the member.

Cyl8 provides this online entertainment platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running uninterrupted 24 hours a day, cyl8 makes no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, errors, or data loss.

Cyl8 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Internet or communications service disruptions beyond cyl8's control
• Game or betting outcomes that the member is dissatisfied with
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Financial losses incurred as a result of betting activity on the cyl8 platform
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence

Cyl8 reserves the right to amend, add to, or update any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any amendments made will take effect immediately or on the date specified in the amendment notice. cyl8 will endeavour to notify members of material changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amendments take effect, unless the changes are required urgently for security or legal reasons.

The "Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent amendment. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
